Jonathan began his career in wealth management and investment research over 20 years ago, working for large financial institutions in Florida and New York. In 2010, he moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands, attracted by a specialty boutique investment research firm on St. Thomas.
After the hurricanes of 2017, Jonathan shifted his focus to local real estate investing and rebuilding, partnering with his wife, who owns Ashley Interiors, a local interior design and furnishing store. Together, they have rehabilitated numerous hurricane-damaged and dated properties, building a portfolio and professionally managing for others. Jonathan is keen on finding value-add or new development real estate opportunities that offer high investment returns.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida, is a CFA charterholder, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys family time with his wife and three children, and indulges in beach outings, boating, and occasional trips to the Rocky Mountains for snowboarding.
